Henrik Mesch
Tax Consultant
After completing his education in 1993 he was temporarily employed at his father's office in his hometown Suhl (Thuringia). He was appointed tax consultant by the Thuringian Ministry of Finance. In January 1994, Mr. Mesch founded a branch office for the Küpper & Partner Steuerberatungsgesellschaft in Meiningen which he successfully led as branch manager and associate for ten years.
From January 2004 to September 2006, Mr. Mesch supervised the Chemnitz branch office of the Freund & Partner Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH as branch manager and associate.
In September 2006, Mr. Mesch founded the Mesch Consulting GmbH Steuerberatergesellschaft and took over the clients and employees of the Chemnitz branch office of the Freund & Partner GmbH. Since this time he has been working for the Mesch Consulting GmbH Steuerberatungsgesellschaft in Chemnitz as a managing partner.
In January 2007 the tax advisers Gahlert und Reitmeier retired and tranferred their Chemnitz office to the married couple Mesch. The office was carried on as the joint tax consulting practice Mesch & Mesch until the end of 2008 and was managed by Mrs. Doreen Mesch. In January 2009 the joint practice was merged with the firm Mesch Consulting GmbH.
Mr. Mesch has extensive experience consulting small and medium-sized enterprises on corporate sales, expansions, reorganizations, particularly in connection with corporate transformations and estate planning. His field of expertise further includes national and international tax advice.
Tax consultant Mesch is married and has been living in Chemnitz since 2004.
Doreen Mesch
Tax consultant and MBA (Dipl. Betriebsfachwirtin)
was born in Suhl (Thuringia). She studied business administration with a focus on taxes and auditing at the University of Applied Sciences Schmalkalden. The legal job title "Steuerberaterin" (tax consultant) was awarded in the Federal Republic of Germany (federal state of Saxony).
Mrs. Mesch used to work as an auditing assistant at the auditing firm Price Waterhouse Coopers and the tax consulting firm Küpper & Partner in Meiningen. After moving to Chemnitz in 2004 she managed the ADMEDIO Steuerberatungsgesellschaft Chemnitz mbH until August 2006.
In September 2006, Mrs. Mesch founded the Mesch Consulting GmbH Steuerberatungsgesellschaft together with her husband.
In January 2007 the tax advisers Gahlert and Reitmeier retired and transferred their Chemnitz office to the married couple Mesch. The office was carried on as the joint tax consulting practice Mesch & Mesch until the end of 2008 and was managed by Mrs. Doreen Mesch. In January 2009 the joint practice was merged with the firm Mesch Consulting GmbH. Since then Mrs. Mesch has been working in the management of Mesch Consulting GmbH as officer with statutory authority.
Mrs. Mesch has extensive specialist knowledge in the consultancy of doctors and other healthcare professionals. In addition to tax services related to these occupational groups she is mainly concerned with business management consultancy, particularly practice optimization and practice succession.
Mrs. Mesch is married and has been living in Chemnitz since 2004.
